Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your unworn jewelry back into its original Inspiranza Designs gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
